Refund policy

All of our goods are sustainably made to order, so unfortunately we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges.

Please ensure you select the correct size when ordering. All product pages should include the manufacturer’s size guidance.

If an error was made during your purchase, such as selecting the wrong color or size, please email us ASAP at heavyspoilers.shop@gmail.com to request the appropriate changes. We will try to accommodate your request if production has not yet begun, but changes cannot be guaranteed.

Please note: Once an order enters production, we are unable to make changes, cancel the order, or issue a refund for an ordering error or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged or defective in any way, please send a photo to heavyspoilers.shop@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt. If the claim is accepted, we will offer a refund or replacement item.
