Refund policy

All of our goods are sustainably made to order, so unfortunately we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges.

Please ensure you select the correct size when ordering. All product pages should include the manufacturer's size guidance.

If an error was made during your purchase, such as selecting the wrong color/size, please email us ASAP to request the appropriate changes.
Note - Once the goods begin production we are unable to make changes.

If your item arrives damaged or defective in any way, please send a photo within 14 days of receipt to heavyspoilers.shop@gmail.com. If the photo is accepted, we will offer a refund or replacement item.
